Western Maine Renewable Energy will be located in Moscow, Somerset County, Maine, on a former United States Air Force Radar installation site that was decommissioned in the 1990s. The site is unique in that it is not located on a prominent ridge line. Development partners are Cianbro Development Corporation and Patriot Renewables, LLC.
