Patriot Renewables Team
Todd Presson
Chief Operating Officer
Todd is responsible for overseeing renewable energy development at Patriot.  He has been in the energy business for 20 years and has been actively involved in wind power development since 2001, when he began development efforts for the 30 MW Hoosac Wind project in western Massachusetts.  Prior to his involvement in wind power development, Todd managed investments in renewable energy and energy conservation projects for Mountain Energy, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Mountain Power.

Andrew Goldberg
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew is responsible for finance activities at Patriot, with a focus on transaction structure, tax benefits, sourcing financing, and procuring and negotiating power purchase agreements. He has over twelve years of experience in finance. Prior to his involvement in renewable energy, Andrew was involved in the financial operations of a real estate investment firm with more than $10 billion in assets under management throughout 120 funds consisting of 1,500 properties. In addition, Andrew has structured over 75 transactions with total development costs exceeding $1 billion.

Andy Novey
Project Developer
Andy received his B.S. from the University of Vermont in 1998.  He has worked in international and domestic real estate development at Jay Cashman, Inc. since 2005. Andy has led acquisition, project planning, and permitting for commercial and residential developments in New England.  Andy is currently a lead developer for Patriot Renewables and has made great strides towards increasing green energy in the New England area.

Tom Carroll
Community Outreach
Tom is responsible for Patriot’s outreach activities in New England.  He has over 20 years experience in community outreach in the construction industry, and he has been responsible for community outreach for several major public works contracts in Massachusetts.  Tom keeps an office in Dixfield, ME so he can be accessible to residents in Oxford and Franklin counties, where we have three projects under development.  Tom understands questions people have about wind development, and he is committed to keeping communities informed. 

Lindsay Galbraith
Contract Manager
Lindsay is responsible for contract management at Patriot, including contracts with engineering companies, landowners, turbine vendors, environmental consultants, and permitting specialists.   She manages our day to day activities, and generally keeps the team on track and organized.  In addition, Lindsay assists with development and permitting activities, including GIS mapping, preliminary meteorological analysis, outreach efforts, and document review.  Lindsay graduated magna cum laude from Boston University in 2006 with a B.A. in Earth Science and a minor in Biology.  Lindsay joined Patriot at the beginning of 2009, after two years as its insurance agent.  

Michael Kelly
Project Coordinator
Michael provides general project development support to the team, including document review, management of meteorological tower activities, public outreach, landowner negotiations, and website development.  Michael graduated from Boston College in 2009 with a degree in Economics.  Mike worked as an intern at Patriot during the summer of 2008, and joined the Patriot team full-time after graduating.
